Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the marketing team, covering both digital and traditional marketing. This role will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including social media campaigns, traditional advertising, and managing client relationships to achieve tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the marketing team and oversee daily activities involving both digital and traditional marketing.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print ads, TV and radio commercials, and billboards.
• Coordinate with the creative production team to execute traditional ads in alignment with digital marketing efforts.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
• Work with design and creative teams to develop diverse marketing materials, including print and digital media.
• Monitor marketing performance across all channels (traditional and digital) and provide regular performance and results reports.
• Manage media content and advertising campaigns on traditional and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with management consultants to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions that support client growth in target markets.
• Organize and coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and conferences.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies and suppliers to execute advertising and promotional plans.
• Lead team meetings, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traditional advertising (newspapers, magazines, TV, radio) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media).
• Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate between different departments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, both digital and traditional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytical tools, and traditional advertising tools.
